Before we install at your Leon Valley home

Plan for your property

Review gutters and any fascia repairs along the front eave. Give a rear seating area separate controls so it can run at a lower brightness than the street-facing lights.

Discuss the plan for your home

Check any required approvals

If your property has an HOA or architectural committee, check its current process before installation. We can provide product and mounting details for your submission. You are responsible for required permits and approvals.
