Permanent Outdoor Lighting in Canyon Lake

Your driveway and lakeside deck may call for different lighting. We install permanent roofline lights with separate zones so each side can have its own settings.

Start with an online estimate. We confirm measurements and scope for your final proposal.

Coverage and cost

Choose the roofline you want to light

Quote the road, entry, water, and patio elevations separately. Use the normal scene on the occupied and arrival sides, then decide whether upper peaks, guest buildings, or wider lake-facing coverage adds enough value.

Front roofline

Start with the view from your driveway or street.

$1,500–$2,500

Front and sides

Include the side elevations you see and use.

$3,000–$5,000

Full perimeter

Compare coverage around the home, including the rear.

$6,000–$8,000+

Your estimate is based on the measured roofline and installation details at your home.

Measured footage, roof height, mounting surfaces, and equipment access affect the final scope. We also confirm track finish, power, controller placement, and the wire route before installation.

Plan for your property

Look at the road, deck, and water-facing sides separately. Slopes and trees can change access considerably, so include those details when comparing roof sections.

Check any required approvals

If your property has an HOA or architectural committee, check its current process before installation. We can provide product and mounting details for your submission. You are responsible for required permits and approvals.
